Dragon Tamer - Chapter 1023
Chapter 1023: Chapter 1027: Plum Blossom Fairy Tree Bud Chapter 1023: Chapter 1027: Plum Blossom Fairy Tree Bud “Arrgh~~~~~”
I am the Golden Dragon!!
A pure-blooded and noble Five-clawed Golden Dragon, how could I not defeat an ugly rabbit!!
“Whimper~~~~”
Little Gold Dragon’s tiny heart was greatly traumatized; it decisively hid behind Zhu Minglang, the entire Dragon Baby becoming depressed.
“Ahem, it’s my fault, I underestimated this rabbit’s strength, Little Qingzhuo, get revenge for your brother,” Zhu Minglang summoned the Azure Phoenix Green Phoenix Dragon.
As a fierce aerial predator dragon, the Azure Phoenix Green Phoenix Dragon always had an edge over rabbits.
However, the rabbit on the moon astonished Zhu Minglang with its combat power. Seeing the Azure Phoenix Green Phoenix Dragon swooping down to claw, the rabbit didn’t even dodge. Instead, it suddenly opened its mouth wide–an absurdly huge mouth, like a bear’s den!
Following that, the rabbit roared furiously, a terrible sonic boom ensued, blasting the Azure Phoenix Green Phoenix Dragon away!!
Rabbit Lion’s Roar???
This roar was incredibly powerful, snapping the trees in the Moon Laurel Forest all around and reducing the floating Ice Clouds to dust. Even Zhu Minglang, an elegant deity, felt as if he was on a frail boat in a storm, shaking violently!
Is this really a rabbit???
Almost like a Rabbit Divine Beast!
The Azure Phoenix Green Phoenix Dragon fell far away and took a long time to get back up.
Not only did Little Gold Dragon begin to doubt its life, but the Azure Phoenix Green Phoenix Dragon also started questioning its own existence.
Had it entered a false rank?
Even as a Divine Dragon General in its cultivation base, to be blasted away by a rabbit?
“Something’s not right, something’s not right; these rabbits are extremely odd, they must be some kind of Divine Beast species,” Zhu Minglang immediately adjusted his attitude.
Realizing the rabbit was a Divine Beast, Zhu Minglang planned to summon other helpers.
But at that moment, rustling noises came from around.
Zhu Minglang looked around and saw a group of rabbits emerging from nowhere; some were normal-sized big rabbits, and some even had human faces. They surrounded him, seemingly backing up that ugly rabbit.
In fact, when Zhu Minglang saw these rabbits all opening their huge mouths–wider than the muzzles of giant war artillery–he realized trouble was imminent!
“Roar, roar, roar, roar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
The Ice Clouds in the sky shattered.
The dense ice fog churned violently.
An expanse of Star Rain Grass and several Moon Laurel Forests turned to debris in mid-air and scattered.
Zhu Minglang and his two dragons spun around amidst it, like leaves in a gale, not knowing where they would drift…
…
I don’t know how far they were blown.
Anyway, when Zhu Minglang landed, the scenery around him had completely changed.
Little Gold Dragon and Little Qingzhuo crawled out of a pile of trees, looking utterly dejected.
Zhu Minglang fixed his messy hair, wanting to comfort them but not knowing what to say.
Sigh.
What Divine Beast, Xuan Gu Demon hadn’t bloodily dominated? In the end, defeated by a group of rabbits.
Such ferocious rabbits, especially when they roared together, they didn’t even have the chance to fight back, directly blown to the edge of the sky!
“It’s okay, it’s okay, we’ll regain our ground!” said Zhu Minglang.
Zhu Minglang secretly decided, next time he sees a rabbit, he would surely walk around them.
He summoned the Spirit Glowing Dragon.
Little guy was best at finding divine natural treasures.
Thinking about those rabbits that had transformed into immortals, it was evident that there were plenty of divine roots within the Wasted Moon.
As soon as the Spirit Glowing Dragon appeared, it smelled the fragrance of immortality.
It led the way, entering the Ice Cloud Plum Blossom Forest.
Deep inside the Ice Cloud Plum Blossom Forest, there unexpectedly stood an ancient plum blossom fairy tree, whose branches formed moon rings.
Perhaps because it had absorbed the moonlight, at the very top of the fairy tree, a fairy tree bud had sprouted.
A tree bud on top of the canopy was indeed quite rare, and Zhu Minglang knew upon seeing its emitted immortal radiance that this was no ordinary object, so he climbed the fairy tree to pick it.
Just as he climbed the tree, rustling sounds suddenly came from the plum forest.
Zhu Minglang turned his head and, sure enough, it was rabbits!
There were quite a few of these rabbits, and they surrounded him, each staring at Zhu Minglang with strange eyes.
Every time Zhu Minglang climbed one step higher, their expressions grew fiercer, but when Zhu Minglang moved down a bit, the rabbits seemed somewhat milder.
“So you mean, if I don’t touch this fairy tree bud, you won’t touch me?” Zhu Minglang said.
“Yes, you must not touch the fairy tree bud!” Suddenly, one of the rabbits opened its mouth and, shockingly, spoke human language!
Zhu Minglang was startled.
Closely inspecting the talking rabbit, Zhu Minglang realized this fellow looked very similar to the Little Chang’e that Nan Yuso often held in her arms.
“Aberrant Beast??” Zhu Minglang then realized what species these rabbits were!
“Yes, we are ancient divine beasts,” said the rabbit, her voice crisp like that of a little girl.
“Alright, forgive my presumption, but looking at this tree bud that absorbed moonlight, it has grown to be picked. You don’t eat this kind of tree bud, so why not just give it to me?” Zhu Minglang said in a negotiating tone.
“No way, you’re not allowed to pick any plant or tree here. I advise you to leave immediately, otherwise don’t blame us for being rude!” the Aberrant Beast said seriously.
Zhu Minglang glanced around.
He noticed other Aberrant Beasts continuously arriving at this location.
It wasn’t that he couldn’t defeat them; mainly their rabbit roar was quite formidable. Especially when united, that roar wave could probably sweep away even a Divine Monarch Level individual.
Beware of moon rabbits.
Zhu Minglang finally understood why Yuheng Star Goddess and Meng Bingci had repeatedly reminded him.
Guishen Perfume!
Right, and there’s this thing.
Seeing the rabbits were about to lose their temper, Zhu Minglang hurriedly opened the Guishen Perfume and dripped it on himself.
This Guishen Perfume was essentially a floral water. However, once it falls and turns into gas, it spreads out, creating a unique fragrance that lingers around a person for a while.
As soon as the fragrance enveloped him, the rabbits indeed changed their attitude, especially the talking Aberrant Beast.
“So you are a descendant of the Moon Laurel God! If you had used Moon God perfume earlier, it would have been better. We have poor eyesight, only recognizing fragrance not faces, and the impurities produced by human emotions irritate us…” the Aberrant Beast’s speech grew cuter.
“Then may I pick it?” Zhu Minglang asked.
“Yes, you may.” the Aberrant Beast turned quite agreeable, her voice also sweet as honey.
Zhu Minglang picked the fairy tree bud and left contentedly.
The rabbits no longer showed any malice, and they even wanted to play with Zhu Minglang for a while. At this moment, they were just a bunch of adorable moon bunnies.
Zhu Minglang wore a smile on his face, yet in his mind, he was thinking about braised, steamed, spicy stir-fried, deep-fried…
Where on earth are there flame-charging bunnies, so outrageous!
